Having a heart

Almost everyone out there
Has a heart;
The one that cries, fears,
Doubts situations and tears apart.
And I bluntly say that
I don't have one;
That doesn't make me less human,
Mine one doesn't really react.
So as it happens,
Words don't penetrate my conscience,
It doesn't scream so much in solace,
It doesn't think so much.
