Pain on Thursday night

On a cold Thursday night
I felt some pain in my arm;
The pain troubling me to breath,
Right above the ribcage.
The pain expanded
Less in the body, more in life;
Everything I did reminded me of the pain
Efforts to work went in vain.
It was then I gave up everything
To concentrated on the pain alone;
Surprisingly enough, the pain subsided
And I failed again.
