I am waiting alone
Outside the meeting room.
I know am going to be evaluated.
It's the reason
My heart has begun thumping,
It's the reason am breathing too deep,
It's the reason am seating straight in my seat.
It's not the result that scares me,
Not even the rejection.
Err, what troubles me is the mere fact
That am not the boss;
Someone is going to evaluate me.
